This product is provided with the dual signal display function. When metal is passing by, the signal level indicator light can display different induction strengths according to the size of the metal and can detect Fe and SUS, etc. Meanwhile, the signal processing is completed by digital circuit, so this product has the features of simple adjustment, stability and reliability.
The sensitivity and the phase for the detection of ferrous metal and nonferrous metal can adjusted in a non-polar mode; meanwhile, dual signal detection and independent adjustment are also available.
The detection sensitivity for ferrous metal can reach up to Φ0.8mm while that for nonferrous metal can reach up to Φ2.0mm.
This product is provided with product effect adjustment function. For example, wet product can generate a metalloid signal to the metal detector and such effect can influence the inspection effect, but this function can weaken the product effect to make this detector have good detection effect.
This product can detect all the metal objects mixed in the detected object.
LED indicator light can respectively indicate ferrous and nonferrous sensitivities.
This product can be used together with flow production line and realize the automatic detection thereof.
